Yes, you have to download Spotify. I don’t know why this makes you angry. Now the artists will receive some compensation. (Though not much, admittedly.)

I think “angry” is a bit strong.  An Australian saying “fuck that” has a similar tone to “meh”.  

Although I am in a pretty cranky mood because I’ve put my back out and I am in a substantial amount of pain.

I think you need to download the spotify media player (similar to itunes) but I’m not sure beyond that - it seems like more hassle than it’s worth…
